It is a nice Irish Pub at the historical center of Prague. It has a high quality live music at night. However it is a bit loud. You may have difficulty to have a chat with your friends. Service and atmosphere is warm. You can find plenty of different types of beverage and taste the famous Czech Beer there. It can be a good choice for the Saturday nights.

Czech beer brands include Pilsner Urqell, the world’s first pilsner, and Budvar. Other well-known brands are Velkopopovický Kozel, Gambrinus, Radegast, Staropramen, Krusovice, Starobrno, Bernard and Svijany. Nearly all beer brewed in the Czech Republic is pilsner lager. Czech beers vary in colour from pale, through amber and dark (on the picture ⇑ ) and in strength from 3-9% abv. Top-fermented wheat beer is also available.

There are a lot of beer festivals in the Czech Republic. One of them is Pilsner Fest, a two-day beer festival held each year by the Pilsner Urquell Brewery in Pilsen with music by local bands on four stages in the town. The Czech Beer Festival (Český pivní festival) in Prague is the biggest beer festival in Czech Republic held for 17 days every year in May.
